The AABP invites you to attend the 13th Annual AABP Job Fair, to be held from 7:00-9:00 PM on Thursday evening, September 24, 2020, at the AABP Annual Conference in Louisville. The job fair is ONLY open to students who will graduate in 2021 and veterinarians seeking job opportunities. The job fair is not open to underclass veterinary students or those seeking externships.

I am not participating in this year's Job Fair.
Our practice would like to participate in this year's Job Fair (limited to first 20 practices).

Special Needs

Attendees and exhibitors are not permitted to bring pets, animal companions or emotional support animals into the Convention Center or AABP-sponsored events. There are three categories of animals permitted at the AABP conference:

  1. Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify.
  2. Animals on exhibit or at an AABP sponsored event during the conference.
  3. Animals participating in AABP schedule interactive labs or required for teaching or training.

All owners of service animals, as defined above, must contact the AABP office by emailing for registering the approved service animal. If an attendee requires assistance under the ADA, please email to arrange for the necessary accommodations.

Please Read ENTIRE Covid-19 Disclaimer and acknowledge at the bottom

NOTICE: Due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be additional guidelines and expectations for the 2020 American Association of Bovine Practitioners Conference ("Conference"). The Conference staff members, volunteers, speakers, exhibitors, and all in-person attendees will be expected to comply with the Centers for Disease Control Guidelines, and any "best practices recommended by the State of Kentucky or the City of Louisville".

It is our expectation that all in-person attendees of the Conference will strictly adhere to all virus mitigation requirements imposed by the Conference. We strongly encourage those who are at increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19 to refrain from attending the Conference in-person, and instead utilize the virtual resources for this year. By registering for the Conference, you acknowledge that your registration and permission to attend Conference functions may be refused or revoked for any reason, including but not limited to a refusal to comply with virus mitigation strategies implemented by the Conference.

I agree to comply with all actions requested of me to prevent the transmission of COVID-19, including, but not limited to, observing social distancing expectations, utilizing frequent and appropriate hand hygiene, and wearing an effective face covering in public settings, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain or when requested by Conference representatives. Furthermore, I agree to refrain from attending the Conference if I exhibit any common symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever/chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches, headache, or loss of taste or smell. I will also refrain from attending the Conference if I have been exposed to an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the 14 day period immediately preceding the start of the Conference.

I understand and am aware of the inherent risks which naturally arise from attending the Conference such as being exposed to, contracting, or becoming a carrier of, COVID-19. I am also aware that much of the scientific sessions from the Conference will be available virtually and recorded sessions will be available for members on-line. Despite my understanding of the risks associated with attending the Conference and my knowledge of the virtual resources this year, if I choose to attend the Conference, I am voluntarily and knowingly participating in the activities of the Conference and am assuming and accepting any and all risk of being exposed to, contracting or becoming a carrier of, COVID-19 and any subsequent consequences or complications that may arise as a result. Accordingly, I hereby release the American Association of Bovine Practitioners and all of its officers, agents and affiliates, from any and all liability arising from my voluntary choice to attend the Conference in person.

I agree to follow all rules, regulations and precautions implemented by the convention center, hotel and AABP office to minimize the risk of virus contamination and otherwise facilitate a safe and productive Conference.

I further acknowledge that the Conference reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct is deemed:

  1. disorderly or disruptive;
  2. contrary to the mission of the AABP
  3. noncompliant with Conference rules or terms and conditions.

I agree that any such determination, in the sole discretion of Conference organizers, will result in a non-refundable termination of my privilege to attend Conference events.

I agree to the these terms and conditions.
